Our private, off-grid oasis is the perfect backdrop for meaningful connections, team-building adventures, outdoor worship, or simply unwinding together in unspoiled wilderness. With exclusive use of the entire campground, your group enjoys privacy and space to create lasting memories amid the quiet cadence of bird songs and whispering winds.
Exclusive Campground Reservation Options
Reserve the full preserve for your group and enjoy access to our scenic hiking trails, fire pits (for overnight stays), and barbecue grills. Propane is welcome—bring your own or rent from us for $15 per night.

$40 per person
$800 minimum
Maximum occupancy: 150 persons

$10 per person
$400 minimum
Maximum occupancy: 200 persons
Note: Hidden Falls Preserve cannot be reserved for exclusive use on holiday weekends (including major observances when schools and workplaces are typically closed, such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).
Important Guidelines for Larger Groups
To preserve the peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere we all cherish:

Booking Your Group Experience
Large group reservations require direct coordination to ensure availability and a seamless experience. Contact Hidden Falls Preserve to inquire about dates and secure your reservation.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

Balance is due at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellations forfeit the deposit (unless otherwise determined by management).

Refunds may be issued for inclement weather cancellations, at management's discretion.
